So you watch the action on a 5 inch screen rather than seeing it unfold right in front of you on the field? I fail to see the appeal. Also, any replay I'll want to see will be shown on the jumbotron. I must be missing something.

Grab hold of 10 channels of sports entertainment and information, including live video, multiple camera angles, instant replays, real-time statistics, audio commentary, out-of-market games and more
You can watch NFL RedZone and "select out-of-market games". That's something you aren't going to get while at the game. The multiple camera angles allows you to watch a replay however you want and not necessarily the one the jumbotron operated wants to show. Stats, including your fantasy team, is a nice added touch, although many people can get that with their phone (assuming they have coverage in the stadium). It sounds pretty cool to me. But, I wouldn't pay that much for it right now.

Plus if you hold it really close to your face, it's even bigger than the jumbotron.

Is this your company? pretty cool idea? but people can just get nfl sunday ticket to go on their iphones or droids and get the same stuff, no?

Plus it sounds pretty limited....worst thing is the risk of buying an later unsupported device. Need to lock down the licensing for all teams first

Can I use my FanVision controller at any NFL or college football stadium?

Your FanVision will only work within venues that are enabled with our broadcast technology. Here is the list of current FanVision teams: Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins, Michigan Wolverines, Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, Washington Redskins.

Just what you need at a stadium, more people not paying attention to the game going on in front of their face.

That makes sense. But when I'm at a game I don't really care about any other games the majority of the time. To each his own I guess.

Yeah, for me one of the big draws of going to a game in person is you can watch what's going on between plays, on the sidelines, etc.

Lame.

If it came with headphones so I could listen to the players/coaches, I'd consider it. Since that will never happen, I'll pass.

Just a rip off of what they have at Nascar events, really.

I think it is actually a decent idea if executed correctly. Could potentially work better just as an app on people's smart phones. The only problem with that is you will need to have some major upgrades to the connectivity at venues. I know it can be pretty painful to just load a web page on a phone at a game. If you have a bunch of people trying to watch live video it is going to be a huge drain.

Watching television while at a football game. Hey sounds great, can I also shop for new drapes with it? How about create an animated Valentine's day e-card? I mean the possibilities here are endless!

Do you guys have smartphones that actually work at NFL games? I went to a game two weeks ago and my phone was practically useless. Which is probably good.

Back in the day, I remember there would always be a few people with a portable TV with rabbit ears at the stadium. There would also be many more people with radios and headphones listening to the radio call. It's amazing all the information you DON'T get while at a game.

How long till a team puts in a 3D JumboTron? My guess would be the Cowboys even though they just bought their big tv.

Yeah, every NFL and college game I've been to cell phone reception has been in the dumps.
