$187M cap, 43 rosters spots. I have 22M in free cap space before the deal.

I give:
Tyrod Taylor (3M)
Brate (3M)
2017 1st

I get:
L Fitz (10.2M)
A Jeffery(4.7M)
2017 4th

He is 1-5, I am 3-3 but have the 5th highest scoring team. I would have an option to extend both players for an additional 1-5 years with 10% salary increases per year. I would probably sign Jeffery and let Fitz become an UFA

I have a good team but bad WR...

Cobb, Maclin, D Jackson, K White (IR), Eli Rogers, Pharoh Cooper, B Coleman.

Pros: I get two top WR that I can start every week. Barring injuries should have a great shot to go to the playoffs.

Cons: My only QBs after the trade will be Newton and Geno Smith. Giving up my 1st rounder which I don't like to do

My roster before the trade:

Newton, Taylor, G Smith
Rawls, CJ Anderson, Booker, D Washington
Cobb, Maclin, D Jackson, K White (IR), Eli Rogers, Pharoh Cooper, B Coleman.
J Graham, Brate, J James

My IDPs are top notch and probably the best in the league

I think it helps your overall starting lineup and if you think it gets you to where you need to be for the title push I would go for it.  I am also not a guy that puts too much stock into draft picks and would rather get players I know for them than the crapshoot that is the draft.  If you are also planning on being a top contender then the 2017 first will likely be late giving it somewhat less value.

I would make the deal based on the info given.
