It's not dynasty but I am starting a 12 team keeper with an auction draft. Only $25 entry though. No IDP and no TE premium. Only 0.5 PPR We play doubleheaders for 14 weeks. I have room still to accommodate all three owners.

If you guys are still looking for something I have a nice setup that would fit your needs. Just made a post you can check out as well, but it's a long running dynasty league entering 12th year. Fun active league, $60/yr cost, usual additional $60 deposit waived this year. 4 team dispersal draft, 0.5 ppr. Settings are pretty straightforward no IDP no premiums, but there are kickers. 22 team double player copy league, operating as 2 conferences with an NFC vs AFC style Championship Round. League of Thrones themed so its Ice vs Fire, but you get the idea.
