I think many of the Patriot faithful misinterpret what the complaint is. It's not that the Pats can score 52 points in a game, that's already been done by another team.It's the style in which they do it. When you're up 40 points and it's 4th down and you pass the ball to score more......that is deemed differently than if you ran the ball on 3rd and 10 and you all of a sudden busted one up the middle for 60 yards.

But When Manning was going after Marino's record and they were throwing the ball in the 4th quarter with 5 minutes left up 28-3 over Tenn it's ok. But if the Pats do it...that's not cool.
