I live a few miles from Pro Player Stadium. We have been stuck in the same weather pattern for the last couple months, afternoon storms from 2-6p.. then clearing at night. That could change tomorrow night, but most likely you are looking at clear skies at kickoff.

The threat of flooding in the Baltimore area is not a function of any rain today, but a function of the rain from the past three weeks or so. The rivers are overflowing from the rain here, and the rain from areas on any of the tributaries that flow this way. Today is just a 40% chance of scattered stuff through out the day. Normal summer disturbance.
