what is tice trying to say when o smith will rush for over 100 yards this weekthe way i figure since o smith is a rookie, tice figures this is the game he wants o smith to start gaining experience for his future back. i think he will get more touches then moe this week. with bennet comming back from injury, u think trade talks are happening. what do u think. analize tice's comment about o smith

 
He's a coach. Those guys are inscrutable. Who knows what the heck he means? Maybe he's trying to give Onterrio confidence. Or maybe he's trying to light a fire under Moe. Or maybe he's getting Chapman going. Maybe it's a bluff. Maybe it's a double-bluff. Maybe it's a treble-bluff. I don't know. Shouldn't we be out meeting women or something?

There are only 4 or 5 topics on this subject in the last TWO days and another thread with this EXACT question. It is not ridiculous to expect someone to scroll further than the first half a page of the Shark's Pool when posting a new topic.But, you know, thanks to everyone for posting how much they hated me posting about someone wasting posting space and failing to search so that we could effectively kill any discussion about the topic in THIS thread - which was my goal anyway.

if your the post monitor dont complain and do your job. are u getting paid for this. yeah there is probably a post written about the same thing but do i want to look at every post searching for the point i want to make.since u read all of the posts, u can help me and others by giving your top posts u think is important and information we can use. this will limit the same posts like the one with o smithlets call this post: post monitor top ten. i guess no one knows and appreciates the job u do. i appreciate the job u are doing , help us and u will see how appreciated we all are. what do think

I agree with smelvin.Too many threads on a certain topic = overkill.

It's a simple answer really...If you're not interested in reading it...DON'T READ IT!If the title of the post was misleading and you opened it thinking it was something else, and this happened repetitively, I can see how you might be upset.Go back and read the title of the post again...was there ANY mystery as to what the content of the message might be BEFORE you opened it?What's ironic is that the complainers will keep this thread on the front page much longer than it would otherwise. If people are truly interested in responding to the post even though it's been discussed before, that's no skin off your nose, right? And if they aren't, then the post will drop off the first page into oblivion.I find the complains about repeated topics far more irritating than the repeated topics themselves. Since I'm a strong reader, I don't open those I'm not interested in.You make me laugh.

 
Well, mission accomplished here - this thread has absolutely no OSmith content, but does at least provide links to a ton of other OSmith topics. If y'all can unbunch your panties long enough to blast my short, unobjectionable post relating the board's policy about new topics with offensive and angry posts, then you can probably unbunch them long enough to scroll down page one and see the myriad of topics that already exist on the subject.And thanks for actually ADDING to the football discussion here - I'm quite sure I have not added anything to any football discussions, right?Have a nice Sunday.

I agree with this...I think it is okay for someone to inform a poster that the subject has been covered, but to whine about a post of this nature is just childish.
