Tiger Woods (2 Viewers)

one is not defending drunk driving when they reject your opinion that anyone that has ever done it is a bad person.
Fair enough. "Ever" is a broad term. My grandfather used to drive after drinking a 2-4 and fall asleep parked on the front lawn.

In my opinion anyone that gets a DUI in 2017 cannot be classified as a "good" person.

I am Ok being in the minority. That is why it keeps happening. It is socially acceptable.

How many people first read the news on their phones while they were driving?

Yeah I don't think you're listening at all.

It's not socially acceptable AND having a DUI doesn't automatically make you a bad person.

I am listening.

Some people think that "good" people get DUIs in 2017 despite knowing the risks of drunk driving

It is my OPINION that this line of thinking leads to more people driving drunk or being OK with other people driving drunk.

Which is an attitude I classify as making something "socially acceptable".

According to news report, Tiger was NOT driving towards his house when arrested.

No word on if there was a Perkins in the area.

So you don't see any difference between blowing a .08 because you had 4 glasses of wine at dinner instead of 3 and driving blind drunk on a regular basis after drinking a whole case of beer and passing out in the front yard?
the guy who drank the whole case of beer is probably fatter?

Blaming prescription meds. Says alcohol was not involved.

50/50 chance he's telling the truth, but he's still an idiot either way. If he's on super strong meds post surgery he should be paying a driver. End of story.

Of course it is prescription meds. Mixed with booze probably. Not sure why he thinks that is a better excuse though.  Impaired is impaired.  Less stigma maybe.

I think if impaired people are going to be on the road I would prefer they be on weed, blow or ecstasy. I'm more afraid of folks on alcohol, PCP and any number of prescription opiates. Acid, shrooms and meth are wild cards.

I think folks on their phone are pretty bad as well. Driverless cars can't get here quick enough.

Rule of thumb if you are driving under the influence get off the road before sundown.  Driving at 3AM sober and you are a target.

I can believe alcohol wasn't necessarily involved.  But bad reaction is BS.  That dude was ####ed up on something.

This is a well known liar already.

Pretty sure it wasn't meds
