I had posed this question on my way to work and could not wait to get on here in hopes of some answers. The tight end position has become more of a threat than ever for the last 4 years. Guys are getting much more athletic making coverage on them tough! With that said are there any stats or FBG's that can muster up some info on what teams/defenses tend to cover the tight end more efficient or gives up too many catches/yds.? Anything out there? A way to gage a good TE play vs. a bad? Help wanted!!

I understand that but I'm looking for some hard evidence rather than FBG projections. How do they determine who is strong/weak in defending the TE.
