Who is a better TE play this week in a PPR LEAGUE?

J. Cook or A. Hooper?

Cook has been more consistent at getting targets.  Even with Carr out of the lineup.  Hooper has only averaged two targets a game with the exception of this past week.

Either one of them has the possibility to get into the end zone.  You could never accurately predict that.  So I'd go to the one who gets the most targets.  Especially in ppr.
