Tim Tebow still underrated (1 Viewer)

i like how you place the blame on the person, rather than the network and programers that promote them.
So the people in question are innocent in their actions because the real criminal is the person selling them?Your logic doesn't work. They're both to blame. And we as a society are to blame because we pay to see the trash, because we're sick as well.

...but i wouldnt want to depend on my QB's team getting blown out for him to get fantasy points every week(or play the Texans).
That's a pretty hard line conclusion to draw from three games. You may end up being right, but I think it's a stretch to draw conclusions from three starts of a rookie season.

Will the Bronco defense be improved? Probably. But they were the worst defense in football and it will be tough to improve so you can expect the Broncos to be playing from behind almost every game once again. That should work out well for fantasy owners of Tebow.

well, my wording was unintentionally loaded. tbc, i dont think anyone should be "blamed." i dont believe that athletes are required to be any more than athletes unless its written into their contracts and they are compensated for it. i was drawn into this little tiff bc of the obv irony of the little "personal responsibility" comment.

You might want to look at Tebows numbers when games where close. He didnt do anything in the Raiders or Chargers games until the Broncos were already out of the game. He certainly didnt keep the Chargers game close, he took advantage of a prevent defense after the Chargers had the game in hand. His QB rating in the first half of games was 66.9 compared to 91.3 in the 2nd half, conicidence, i dont think so.
Really? Check his four year college career for how he is in these situations. To think that Tebow isn't someone you want running your team when things are on the line is uninformed. That's when someone of his character shines best. When he put the Gators on his back to beat Alabama for the national title (junior year?) I became a believer. And when your team is getting blown out he's the one rallying the troops telling them not to give up and leading by example. And what you say about Tebow getting his points when games were out of hand also applied to Orton's numbers for most of the season...it's not a Tebow thing.
