About the clock, per Unlucky:

1. Semi-Slow Drafts picks are made via the FFA Forum Thread
2. The draft timer is 2 hours per pick
3. The draft timer is turned off between 11 PM and 9 AM Eastern Time
4. If the timer expires, the pick is skipped and can be made up at any point

Just to add to this: if anyone gets skipped, then they're on autoskip until they make up any picks they owe.
