Maybe Unlucky had it but still could have made sure everyone had gotten a pm on here from last year. Seem to do it this way every year for some reason. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I barely noticed the thread maybe the day before it filled up.

Highlights: Passing yards, 0.04 yard per yard; PPR (0.5 ppr for RB). Everything else is standard boiler plate stuff.
Not sure if the defensive scoring scheme will map over to Yahoo (not sure if anyone will care either, but I did kind of like the way scoring flowed in the tight match-ups, especially when defenses were playing in Sunday and Monday night games: Total Points Allowed - 10.00 points for 0, and then -0.30 point for every 1 thereafter; Total Net Yards Allowed - 10.00 points for 0, and then -0.03 point for every 1 thereafter.

Not that I will care much in the long run, but it's not good form to collect money and then proclaim you are going to change the rules. In fact, part of the charm of this league's brief history is that people such as you could not grasp the league settings and draft appropriately.

I don't know what standard scoring is.
Nothing is quite standard. What ESPN calls standard is different than Yahoo. I would say something like:
4 Pt Passing TD
6 Pt Rushing/Recieving TD
1 pt. per 25 yards passing
1 pt per 10 yards rushing/recieving
1 pt per reception
-1 pt per INT thrown
2 pt. per 2 pt conversion thrown
2 pt per 2 pt conversion rushing/recieving
kicking
3 pt per FG <40 yards
4 pt per FG 40-49
5 pt per FG 50-59
6 pt per FG >60
1 pt per extra pt kicked
-1 pt per fg or extra pont missed
Special Teams/Def
1 pt per Sack
2 pt per INT/Fumble Recovery
2 pt per safety
1 pt per TD on Special Teams or Defense
Allowed 0 pts = 10 points
Allowed 1-6 = 8 points
Allowed 7-13 = 4 points
Allowed 14-20 = 2 points
Allowed 21-27 = 0 points
Allowed 28-34 = -2 points
Allowed 35+ = -4 points
Starting Lineup:
QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX (RB/WR/TE), K, Def
Roster 16 players....No more than three teams QB's, 5 RBs, or 5 WRs

The league is known as "Timschochet's FFL league" at Yahoo. (League ID# 581820) Once everyone has been paid, I will send invites.
Once draft starts it will be here, Monday through Friday, 10 am PST to 7pm PST. Each drafter will have one hour to make picks. This may be shortened in later rounds if time permits. The clock is off on weekends, though anyone may make their pick at any time.
16 team league. 16 round draft. Each week, you must start: 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE, 3 RB/WR/TEs, 1 DEF, 1 K
Scoring:
Passing: 25 yards per point, 4 pts per TD, -1 for interception
Rushing: 10 yards per point, 6 pts for TD,
Receptions: 10 yards per point, 1 pt per reception, 6 pts for TD
General: -2 for fumbles lost, 2 pts for 2pt conversion, 6 for offensive fumble return TD
Kicking: 1 pt for PAT, 3 pts for 0-39 yards, 4 pts for 40-49 yards, 5 pts for 50+
Defense: 1 for sack, 2 for interception, 2 for fumble recovery, 6 for TD, 2 for safety, 2 for blocked kick, 6 for kickoff and punt return TDs, 10 for 0 pts, 7 for 1-6 pts, 4 for 7-13 pts, 1 for 14-20 pts, -1 for 28-34 pts, -4 for 35+ pts.
Waiver wire- each week in reverse order of standings, waiver time 2 days
Trades- to be approved by commissioner (only way I disapprove is obvious inequity) trades end Nov. 13
Playoffs: 6 teams. Top 2 get 1 week bye.
Prizes:
1st place: $800
2nd place: $400
3rd place: $200
high score regular season: $200
Please let me know ASAP if you have any complaints or recommended changes. If your suggestions seem reasonable and if others agree I will go along with it. I can't please everyone but I'll do my best.

The reverse order of standings is probably not the best method. Regardless, our rules will need tie-breakers. I think total points makes the most sense as #1 tie-breaker.
