(Rotoworld) Sunday's Dolphins/Titans game in Miami could be moved or delayed because of Hurricane Matthew.

Analysis: The Category 4 storm is bearing down on South Florida, but might not make a direct hit on Miami. The game could be delayed until Monday or Tuesday, or perhaps moved to a neutral site. Profootballtalk's Mike Florio reports the game is unlikely to be moved to Tennessee because of the competitive advantage it would create by giving the Titans a ninth home game.

The game being delayed could create issues with fantasy software like MFL, Fleaflicker etc, which usually treat the Monday game as the last one of the week. Unless fixed, those sites would award Dolphins or Titans players 0 points for the week. Obviously a postponement would cause bigger problems. There may be a case for not starting Dolphin or Titans players if you have legitimate alternatives.

Someone should remind the NFL schedulers that the Titans are 1-9 at home since the start of the 2015 regular season.

It's hitting the Space Coast right now, right? So this won't directly impact Sunday/ Monday games too much but is the fear there will be widespread devastation? I guess I was thinking besides power outages & some property damage.

It's been downgraded to a Cat 3. Which is no joke, but it's not as strong as Andrew or Charley (or further north, Hugo.)

Any storm experts have a clue?

I'm in S. Florida, and I can pretty much guarantee this won't have any impact on Sunday's game. The storm keeps shifting north and largely missed Miami.

If Jax were playing at home this weekend it might have an impact, but they're on bye.
