Has anyone heard anything new on the MLB position for the Titans.... is it going to be Fowler or Tulloch. I know it has been a dead heap so far but I haven't heard anything concrete on the situation.

Thanks Ken

Nothing new. Still a close competition with no plans to announce a starter until after the final preseason game.

yeesh, as a Todd Heap owner that just gave me the williesthe Titans are killin me!

in a few leagues i own Brown and/or White AND Fowler and/or Tulloch

This was posted this morning...

LB: After the injury-riddled Peter Sirmon was permitted to walk away in the offseason, the Titans prepared to turn the page with second-year-pro Stephen Tulloch (47 tackles, 1 INT) at middle linebacker. Tulloch started three games last year and performed well enough to earn a full-time role, though the more experienced ex-Cowboy Ryan Fowler (24 tackles with Dallas) will be lying in wait if Tulloch fails to get the job done.

 Thanks for the post.

Second-year pro Stephen Tulloch, the player Fowler beat out for the job, will remain heavily involved in four-linebacker packages.

 Anybody seen a Titan game with four linebackers in the past 12 months???

With regard to Fowler, this may not last the season but the lesson, as is so often the case, is to follow the money....

Safe to say we will find out quickly what kind of player Fowler is seeing the likely conservative style of the JAX offense.
