I totally wasn't expecting them to snap it there, especially with 10+ on the play clock, actually pretty clever to snap it that early, as the defense is probably thinking "don't jump" more than anything else.

Couldn't really hear it (often the case in Lambeau) but maybe it was a quiet whistle, and since he tackled him over himself, maybe he wasn't sure if a body part hit? Only logic that would make any sense to me
