I have 1 spot open in an auction league, with an amazing twist on the auction process.

The auction will be a silent auction- meaning you bid once on each player and then it is revealed who got the player.

The entry fee is $25 using Leaguesafe.

The auction will be Thursday night 8/29 at 9 P.M. It is a 10 team league.

The rosters consist of QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, RB/WR, QB/RB/WR and 7 bench spots.

.5 PPR and the rest is standard scoring.

how is the auction run? (didn't know there was a web site with silent auction style bidding) what league service are you using? MFL, espn, yahoo...) how are weekly moves done? (first come first serve, weekly waiver, weekly auction, other?)

The league is on ESPN. You are correct no service offers silent auction, so here's what we do:

All 10 league-members and the impartial auctioneer (a high school student whom we will pay $3 per person) will be in a Google Hangout.

After each player is nominated, we all quickly email the auctioneer our bud and he reveals who gets the player. Repeat 149 times.

Also, regular weekly waiver wire.

We have done similar formats for other sports several times and they have always run smoothly.
