Top 3 Guys in 2014 with ADP Outside of 60 (1 Viewer)

Agree on the Hunter and like Hyde a lot too. I'll go with:

Emmanuel Sanders

Jonathan Stewart

Kenny Britt

also have a man crush on Kelce

Top3 at their positions?
Points... Flex, doesn't matter (excluding QB) - WR/TE/RB
So guys that will finish top 3 in points who are currently being drafted 60 & up?
this isn't difficult
It's vague.

If it's "your three favorite guys who are outside the ADP top 60," it's one list.

If it's "three guys who are outside the ADP top 60 who could end up Top 3 Guys," it's a different one.

ETA: I think the second question is more interesting.

It is black and white... This is just semantics, post 4 makes it concrete, I'll add PPR if that makes it even more clear.

Can we get back to the matter at hand? When someone says I spotted this years Julius Thomas at the end of this season, I'd like to refer back to here.

What te situations remain unclear? Who is gbs te?
I think I like Ebron too... With Calvin drawing the double, they'll be looking his way in the red zone. They drafted him in the top 10 with a plan to use him. If Calvin got hurt, forget about it, he becomes a top 3 TE.

I see multiple Mathews. Who? Ryan Mathews is going 43rd and is the only Mathews with an ADP that shows up on FFC.

Using FFC ADP as I see it right now, the three beyond the top 60 that stand out to me are

Mike Wallace (77th)

Fred Jackson (93rd)

Carlos Hyde (95th)

I'm not touching a rookie TE with a 10 foot pole

Nobody said 'Mathews'

People said 'Matthews' as in Jordan Matthews

what is the reasoning behind Hyde? hoping for a Gore injury? why not just take Gore, the odds are more in favor of him staying healthy than getting seriously injured

I waited a bit to long on te so now I'm deciding between gates ebron or heath Miller. Leaning gates right now.

Every year people skip over the proven veteran for the 'super mega high ceiling young stud' with 'gobs of upside'

Then a few weeks into the year their sleeper didn't pan out, they kick them to the waiver and start churning that roster spot while the veteran chugs along on someone else's team.

If half your roster is lottery tickets you're gonna have a bad year.

Gore is going in the early/mid 4th.

Hyde is going in the early/mid 8th.

I'd rather roll the dice with Ryan Mathews than Gore (same ADP) or take one of the WR's going near there (especially Roddy White). The opportunity cost of Hyde is much lower.

I don't think Gore needs to be seriously injured for Hyde to be worth having. Time will tell.

Hyde is young and loaded with talent.

Gore is talented, but he is at that cliff for RBs... If this is the year he falls off, Hyde is a HR on a team that likes to run.

In our 14 team PPR, 6 point per TD league yesterday the best drafted outside of our top 60 were...

Pierre Thomas (70)

Tom Brady (77, QB9 after Manning, Rodgers, Brees, Stafford, Luck, Foles, Newton, Cutler in that order)

Tennessee Receivers. Kendall Wright (73) and Justin Hunter (98)

As far as deep sleepers that will vastly outperform their positiion...

Knowshon Moreno (119)

Doug Baldwin (146)

Mohammed Sanu (163)

As far as general ADP goes I would say

Moreno

Hunter

Sanders (for now)

Gore is the starter, something big needs to happen for Hyde to have any fantasy relevance. when you can get Fred Jackson, Kelvin Benjamin or Tony Romo where you are drafting Hyde he is being incredibly overdrafted because he has zero value right now

Jeremy Maclin

Ben Tate but he might be top 60

Ray Rice

I also think Gordon is going to end up getting 4 games or less and pay off big time.

Hope you are right on Gordon. Targeting him with one of my last 3 picks in all formats just for the upside alone. If neither a defense or kicker that you like are there, draft Gordon and wait for the news. If your league allows that.

Maclin is interesting. He fell hard in my draft. As did McFadden who I could see producing well past his adp.

There are a lot of mouths to feed and I'm not sure the Lions attempt as many passes as they did under Linehan. As RZ, Calvin is the premiere RZ option in the league and Fauria was likely one of the most efficient RZ players in football. Ebron isn't a jump ball guy and isn't a basketball box out guy. Ebron's best attributes are catch and run as he can move for a big guy, but he is not Graham or Gronk.

Jordan Cameron and Julius Thomas say hi.

I love drafting with guys who stick with 1990's philosophies in the 2010's NFL.
What did these 2 do in their rookie years that impressed you so much?
You must be hard to impress. Cameron had 6 catches for 33 yards in his rookie year. And although Thomas had only one reception for 5 yards in his rookie year, he did have 7 targets. lol
