Top TE in Non-TE Leagues (1 Viewer)

Just wondering where people feel the top TE would fall in a start 3 non-TE league.

I'm thinking the top 3-4 TE's would be around WR# 15 or so. Does that make sense? Just wondering if the people feel a top TE would be worth a 5th round pick??
