Do I accept given my RB situation and having pick of Cook/McCaffrey/Mixon?

The offer is horrible, IMO.  Keep the pick.  Comes down to McCaffrey or Mixon.  PPR - McCaffrey... NonPPR - I lean towards Mixon.

That offer is not very good.  I would keep the pick and take McCaffrey.  I have him at the top of my board for PPR.
