RB: TyMo, Marshawn, Dalvin Cook, Abdullah
WR: Michael Thomas, Hopkins, Diggs, Parker, Amendola, Golladay
I know it's an overpay in a vacuum, but do you think it would be smart (or at least not stupid) to trade Abdullah and one of Diggs or Parker (their choice) for Mixon and Jamaal Williams? I feel pretty good about my depth at both RB and WR (have to start 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 FLEX). I'm very high on Mixon's talent and think that, with the recently fired OC in Cincy, they won't be dumb enough to keep pretending Hill is just as talented as Mixon, and I honestly am expecting Mixon to have a big game as early as this weekend.
People really overvalue their own players in this league, so most trades only happen if one side is overpaying to make it happen unfortunately. So my reasoning behind wanting to offer this trade now is that I want to be quick about heavily overpaying on a buy-low before my overpay offer has to include even more value than my current proposal maybe as soon as this time next week if Mixon pops off. I would also just really like the TyMo handcuff just in case, mainly due to his heavy workload so far. I also like consolidating my depth a bit when I have too many options that are right around the same tier for my flex spot because I literally always choose the wrong one.
Do you think this trade is worth it? Thanks in advance.
