Trade advice: G. Wilson + Allgeier... for Trey Henderson + Kupp (1 Viewer)

This is non-PPR. The Bijan owner is hurting at bit at WR and has offered me Treveyon Henderson + Cooper Kupp in exchange for my Garrett Wilson + Tyler Allgeier. He gets Bijan's handcuff and a better starting WR.

My WRs are Wilson, Sutton, T. McMillan, Ebuka and Kelce (WR/TEs together). My RBs are Jeanty, Kyren, then a dropoff to Tuten, Allgeier & Benson. I can start 3 RBs or 3 WRs. I'm tempted, though, in non-PPR, do we think Trey Henderson will score enough as a #3 RB for me? Thank you.

Non-PPR kinda hampers thr ceiling for Henderson, IMO. Depending on roster makeup you are sacrificing WR depth for RB depth on a guy that could see 13-15 touches and maybe zero TDs.

I like Henderson in PPR but not as high on the backfield splits and potential goal line work for RS.

appreciate the response. Yes, non-PPR is probably why the Henderson owner is offering this. I do think I could pry Chris Godwin from him instead of Kupp in this potential 2-for-2 trade. Since I have Egbuka, perhaps having Godwin mitigates things if Godwin comes back and takes that #2 WR role in TB. Not sure if that helps my case... either Kupp or Godwin + Henderson going to me (for G. Wilson/Allgeier).

I don't think Cooper Kupp has anything left. Like, not a thing. He got three targets this week. McVay and Stafford love the guy. It doesn't make sense for him to leave if he's got anything left.

I mean, maybe he does have stuff left. He just caught two balls for fifteen yards and Sam Darnold is his quarterback away from Kevin O'Connell. Eesh.

I don't make that trade. You need someone much better than Kupp to be included to make that deal. I see Wilson having a solid (top 15-ish) year this year and Hendo is going to have to contend with Rhomandre all season. He will have his boom games but not what people were hoping for all pre-season.
