Trade advice! PPR Thomas vs. Metcalf (1 Viewer)

OK, I have been proposed a trade in a PPR league.  Both myself and the other owner are in the middle of the pack, standings-wise.  I have had Thomas warehoused all season, and another owner wants him now and is offering Metcalf. 

My gut feeling is that Thomas might be better, but to me, this is a close one.  Metcalf is a horse, and Thomas has been injured, so I'm not sure.

For this year I take Metcalf all day long.  I might even do that for dynasty as well mainly because Metcalf has Wilson throwing to him and who knows who will be throwing to Tho.as beyond this year.
