trade Alex Smith? (1 Viewer)

I also have Prescott and Watson in a 12 team 1 QB league

Is Alex Smith going to continue being a top 5 QB in the league or should I trade high?

No need to have all three QB's.  Put them all on the block and see who brings in the best return.  Maybe even trade two if you get offers you just can't pass up.

To answer this question, we would really need to know what kind of value you expect to get out of him. In a 12 team, 1 QB league, chances are the demand for QBs isn't very high.

I would put all on the block and see what you can get. As said before QB are not in very high demand so if you can get anything of value to your team for any of them I would do it.

Help with mine??  https://forums.footballguys.com/forum/topic/761198-ryan-or-luck/
Trading him just for the sake of trading him doesn't make much sense. If you're getting a low value player and giving up a QB who is playing very hot, the downgrade from Smith to Dak or Watson isn't going to be worthwhile, especially if the guy you're acquiring isn't even going to crack your lineup.

Thats why I said "Anything of Value" not anything. Smith has been the 2nd best QB so far. Watson has been the 2nd best QB since he became a starter. They have been better than Dak for the season and in my opinion at least one maybe both will be better than Dak this season. The value of Dak over either one is minimal. So if you can get "Anyone of Value" go for it.

In a vacuum, sure.  I'd like to see who you think you could get for him before greenlighting it though.
