12 team .5 PPR

Start QB, RB, 2 WR, TE, 3 Flex

My team:

QB - Stafford, Dalton

RB - Cook, K Johnson, L Miller, J Allen, Thompson, Ware

WR - Stills, Enunwa, M Williams, Godwin, Meredith, J Scott (IR)

TE - Eifert (IR), J Smith, Hurst, Ellison

I give: Cook

I get: Coleman and 2019 1st, likely 1.10-1.12

Currently have the 2nd worst team in the league and looking at possibly blowing my team up and getting prospects and draft picks, but not sure if that't the best way to go. Thoughts?

If you are going to blow it up it's ok, still I think most people would rather hold Cook for next year.

I'd be happy to start next year with Cook and Kerryon, but Coleman will be a free agent and the Falcons have zero chance of keeping him unless they can walk away from Freeman. Not really sure how much more guaranteed money is on Freeman's contract. Either way I see Coleman having a bigger role with someone next year. If you like Coleman I'd do it.

I would rather have Cook over Coleman and a late 1st isn't enough to sway me off of him.  If you are in this bad of shape for this year it doesn't really matter that Cook is not playing right now.  You actually want him to sit until he is 100%.

To blow up your team you need to find a core to keep in place.  Cook and Kerryon is a nice start.  After that, everyone else on your roster can go.
