Trade Ethics - Was offered a lopsided deal...in my favor (1 Viewer)

One of the owners in my league is a huge Raiders fan, and approached me and offered Blount and J. Hill for L. Murray. It's a keeper league, only start 1 RB. With flex for a second. Zeke is my #1, so I'd be getting good depth for at least this year, and the two best players in a three player deal. Is it fair for me to accept this? Or do I need to include more?

Take it, trading is a function of what you know and what you think you know that you think other people don't know. If this guy has a feeling about Murray and is giving you what he feels is fair value, then that's a fair trade. If it works out the way you think, you'll be vindicated and feel good, this guy is maybe taking the chance that Murray magically becomes a top 5 back ROS (not saying it is likely, but if it happens he is vindicated and the trade looks even more fair).

Hill has been garbage in 5 of 7. I cut him in the one league I owned him. Not as lopsided as you think.

You can easily make a case against wanting to own any of those three guys and could also make a case of why each one of them is the best #2 RB going forward.. All I know for sure, is that you've probably jinxed Blount and Hill the rest of the way.. haha.. good luck, and yes, I'd rather have your end of the deal if I had to choose

Yeah, not as bad as you think.  Murray should do better ROS.  I do own him but have started Michael and L Miller most weeks.   As an 'outside' owner, I wouldn't be pissed at this trade going through.
