Yes. YOu need to upgrade your RB position and this does it without downgrading WR too much.

I'd pass.  Diggs is a downgrade, especially with MN going run first based offensive game plan/coordinator.  Michael Thomas and his 100+ catches (125 last year) nets you an extra ~20 points versus digs based on catching alone.  Breida is listed as the starter, and full expect him to produce, especially with a great matchup this week.  David Johnson hasn't looked great in the new offense, and there is some worry it is not a good fit for him.  As of now, I'd hold off to see what happens at least in week 1, especially where you have great matchups.

I am in agreement with "AZ" here.  the upgrade at RB is huge in comparison to the downgrade at WR.  The overall value is on the side you are receiving

This is a no brainer. Johnson is a massive upgrade over Breida. Breida is never healthy and SF has far too crowded of a backfield regardless. 

Johnson will be the safety valve for Kyler and have a lot of catches this year. Diggs is a downgrade, but the increase from Breida to Johnson offsets the downgrade of Thomas to Diggs.
