I think it's a good deal and you'll have to play the matchups at your 2nd WR spot. I like that you have Matthews and Diggs, not sure I trust Williams because they really spread the ball out in San Diego. You might also keep your eye on waivers for a guy like Donte Moncrief and his future return down the road or try and buy low on Dez Bryant considering he may not play this week then has the bye week afterwards.

Gives you better option at RB but not sure how much you could take advantage of it...

Personally I'd hold tight until I saw Jamal back in action... but then that might be too late. Eh, I say do it. Always easier to trade RBs.

I would grab Coats regardless. 

And the deal isn't a bad one, thought you could be overpaying for Charles if that ends up being a RBBC.
