So trying to make a move for Bell

14 team 0.5 PPR keeper league

start 3WR, 2RB, 1TE, 1WRT

Considering trading McCaffrey for Bell straight up. Will also make a corresponding move to secure Conner.

Personally I'd stay away from Bell. Pitt doesn't cave in during contract talks. He's already going to miss a game, who knows if he'll come back at all? If Pitt trades him I'd consider it. McCaffery is a top 10 RB, I feel like your other guys are RB3 fill-ins at best. I'd stick with what you have.

Thanks. Sounding more like the guy with Conner isn't going to come off him without me giving up something ridiculous, so I'm going to stay as is.

With your only other RB that could be solid as Barber heading into week #1 and you want to trade CMC for Bell who you have no idea when he will report doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Yeah maybe Duke, Lewis, J.Williams, and Morris could pan out but those are big maybe's. Easily stick with CMC.

If anything the shark move is to get Conner regardless. If you can get him and keep CMC, then you can consider how much you want to really have Pittsburgh's backfield after it starts shaking out. It's not completely out of the realm of possibility that Pittsburgh wants to trade him and get away from this mess too.
