12 team ppr dynasty with 25 man roster. I'd like to move up and offered the following:

1.10, 2.1 and 2.10 

for

1.3

too much or not enough?

That might get you to 1.06. Maybe you can get from around 1.06 to 1.03 more easily.

I guess I'm overvaluing my picks in this deep draft. But the last two years I got DJohnson and JHoward with high 2nd round picks.

Agree with everything above. Try throwing a player in there and keep on of the picks.

Yeah if it were that easy to get the next D. Johnson or J. Howard in the 2nd round then you should keep your 3 picks and get 3 of them instead of just the one at 1.3

I likely will. Draft is deep. The chances are good to strike gold at the top of round 2

I guess coming away with both D.Johnson and J.Howard in consecutive drafts with high 2nd round picks makes me think this year could be even better. It doesn't hurt to be optimistic.
