Should I trade my players Kerryon Johnson and Crowder for OBJ. I have Tyreek Hill, Sutton, T.McLaurin, Diontae Johnson, J.Jacobs, Carson, Ronald Jones & Cam Akers.

I would definitely go for it. OBJ slots in at your WR2 almost automatically this year, but at worst becomes a WR3, which is more than what Crowder was doing for you. Kerryon Johnson isn't terribly valuable for you either, you will want to target some depth at RB next though probably.

Yes.  That is an easy trade to accept for you however I doubt the OBJ owner would go for it.
