Trade Lamar for Odell - PPR (1 Viewer)

I've been offered Odell for Lamar.

I'm not sure I'm ready to give up Lamar whose better days are ahead of him and at worst, he's a 10ppg RB, which is pretty hard to find these days. I recently was able to trade Deandre Hopkins for Zeke so I've got decent RBs. My WRs are OK but feel like they could be better.

Would this be a good deal for me or would I be taking a step back?

By the look of your wrs and your rbs I would definitely do this trade. You still will stay solid at rb and will greatly improve your wrs

One thing I would do though if you have the room and he's available if you do the trade, grab A Morris. He's looked great in his limited opportunities and it will protect you if Elliott happens to go down for any amount of time.

Unfortunately, RBs are a hot commodity and there aren't many left in my league so Morris has been scooped up. Backups go like hotcakes. Would anybody else do this deal? You think I can try to get him for less? Any ideas?

You could always counter and see if he would bite on Martin and if not then Crowell, but Crowell has been looking very good. Could even try Martin and one of your tes since you have 3 of them.

This looks like a fair trade and definitely helps you if OBJ gets on track.

Id probably do that trade too, your RB depth is pretty solid. ODB, Marvin jones, Fitz and ty is a pretty nice stable of WRs

Thanks guys. I countered with Crowell and TY for OBJ and Michael Thomas. He was close to accepting but apparently ran it by other owners in the league and they all were pissed so he won't do it. I may see about doing the Lamar for OBJ straight up though. Seems most people think it's a good deal. And since I'm only starting 2 RBs, I figure that i'd be OK with Doug or Crowell as my RB2 but having OBJ, TY, Marvin and Fitz round out my WRs and flex spot is very enticing.

Just hoping that Lamar doesn't eventually blow up and go on a tear down the stretch.

Final offer ended up being Lamar and Hunter Henry for Odell and Michael Thomas.

He needed a TE and that at least gives me some more WR depth while keeping my WR depth.
