I wouldn't.  Harris may be good, but with Ben playing QB behind that Offensive Line, he's just not going to get the opportunities he should be getting to make big plays.  

I'd ride with Cook and try to snag Mattison if you are concerned with his health.  In all honesty, if Cook is out I'd almost rather play Mattison right now and that has nothing to do with Harris' ability.

Is this in dynasty or redraft?

Cook is on a different level but the injury is somewhat concerning.  High ankle sprains can linger.  Harris will be a target hog and get all the touches but Pitt is a mess so it will strictly be volume based.  This is a tough call in a redraft but Cook is the easy side in dynasty.
