after sanders being traded to the 49ers a league mate has offered me Keenan Allen  (he is trading away ) for Emanuel sanders (I am trading ) do I take that with a beat up Allen or do I keep Sanders with his new run heavy offense

I would take Keenan Allen.  Sanders has been dinged up too but Allen is in a pass heavy offense and you have no idea how much volume Sanders will actually be getting.

I'm taking Allen, younger and more talented, yes he's been dinged up with some unusual injuries, but I will take the youth and Allen's value is miles over Sanders.
