So I hate Chavez with the passion of 1,000 suns and only got him because he dropped so low. Blalock was doing well but he's getting a friggin rib removed now.

Anyway, he offered:

David Wright

Aaron Harang

Carlos Zambrano

Curtis Granderson

My ORIGINAL offer was:

Clemens

Teahan

Granderson

Harang

So he added Colon FROM me and put in Zambrano TOO me.

Is this too much to give up to get that stud 3B?

Does Zambrano have a chance to turn things around?

Any help appreciated.

it is hard to say without knowing how points are scored. From what I see I say make the deal. I am not sure how great Clemens is going to be in the AL this year and you have to think Zambrano will turn it around. I am also not sold on B. Colon staying healthy for the rest of the year.

I would snatch that up in a heartbeat. I would say going forward:

Zambrano>Clemens

Harang>Colon

Wright>Teahan (although I really like Teahan)

Granderson doesn't make too much of a difference. This is a steal for you IMO

But you are giving up quite a bit of depth and depending on Myers injury, you may need another relief pitcher ASAP.

I like it for you. I'm not sold on Colon or Clemens, and i think Zambrano and Harang will turn it around. Wright is the best player in the deal and yo ugot him, so good work pulling the trigger.
