i would reject that instantly.  CJ has been very good.  you have his logical backup already.  Reed is >>>>> allen.  it's not a terrible offer, but the dropoff at TE is not worth the RB upgrade

I think I'd prefer to hold onto Anderson and Reed.  Even if Bell is the number one RB for ROS, I doubt he's that much better than CJ to overcome the dro-poff at Tight End.
