I have been offered Derrick Henry for Jamis Winston.

While this looks really unbalanced, Henry would be a handcuff to Murray.

My counter offer would be: 

Winston and Gurley for Henry and Howard.

There are several free agent QBs  I can Pick up when I drop Prosise.

Additionally we are playing each other this week.

Do you need the win this week?  If so then I wouldnt do the trade.  He is probably desperate for a qb and you sending Winston could lose the week for you.

This is tough.  I understand the desire to get Henry because if Murray goes down you then only really have Gurly.   

I would make the trade if I wasnt in must win.  You cant take the chance of Murray getting hurt and then not having any rb...  I think I would counter with Winston for Henry and Hightower.  You would get your handcuff and Hightower who is one of his lowest RB's that he will likely never play and someone you can use if needed.
