14 team, 1/2 PPR dynasty.

What picks would you give in the 2020 draft for Mark Ingram and/or Keenan Allen? Assume all ya got is Josh Jacobs at RB and John Brown is your best WR.

2020 2nd.  You could start with offer of 3rd, but I think 2nd is fair compensation and would most likely seal deal.

I am not intrigued by Keenan Allen. That team is a mess. 

Mark Ingram, 2nd seems fair.

My guess is that the guy would be looking for a 1st rounder (assuming late).  I doubt a 2nd would get it done but you can try and offer to get a dialogue going. 

ETA:  I would also probably avoid Keenan Allen at this point unless he came super cheap (3rd round or later).  Too much turmoil with the Chargers.
