Trade request for Reed (1 Viewer)

So I have Reed at TE, and as you know he’s been and is questionable. I grabbed J Cook off the waivers, and he did ok (got 14  in my league). 

I know Reed can be a game changing player, but here’s my question/dilemma. I’m being offered a trade to give up Reed for C Hogan. I normally wouldn’t probably do it, but Crabtree and Baldwin are my other WR’s and they are questionable too. 

Would you recommend the trade? Someone said Hogan is inconsistent, but he looks good to me the last couple of games. But I definitely don’t want a boom or bust type player. Looking for consistency.  Thoughts?

Hogan isn't the guy I would be hitching my consistent wagon to.   Hogan will have big weeks from time to time but will also disappear as well.  I think trying to move Reed is the way to go but I wouldn't do it for Hogan.
