I'm in a 16 team dynasty league that has been going on for 20+ years and looking to move Derek Carr. Big Ben is my starter. Just looking for opinions on his value before i start shopping? Scoring is standard for yardage with longer TD's giving bonus points at all positions. No negatives. For example, this week Carr scored 39 points.

To me he's one of better young QB's to have in fantasy, so my value on him is high. My need is at RB. What caliber of RB do you think Carr would yield in return in a league such as this?

In 16 team dynasty Carr has a lot of value.  I would deal Carr and a lesser WR/RB for a backup qb and good RB.  You should be able to get a top 10 RB in return in my opinion.  Granted many won't deal a RB due to the position being limited in a 16 team league
