I'd prefer Funchess. He's a top-15 WR right now, and while its possible he's playing at his ceiling, 2nd round picks are a crapshoot.

Are there any keeper restrictions (round acquired, salary cap, etc)?  How long can you keep him?  How many players are kept from year to year?  All of this factors into the value of the 2nd round pick.
