Obviously you trade Kincaid because he is the worse of the two. But part of deciding who to trade is the return you will get. Without knowing the two different trade scenarios it really is hard to pick.
On sheer performance I would rather have Bowers on my team because he will score more.
I’d trade which ever I’d get more for. I’d guess probably Kincaid would bring in a better player in return but if it was Bowers I’d feel fine holding Kincaid.
I agree you can't really evaluate which player to trade without knowing the trade pieces. If he really wants to trade one of them and wants the best return without factoring in what he will be left with he should put both on the trade block and see what kind of offers/interest comes in. That's really the only way to make an educated choice
