Trading based on remaining schedule (1 Viewer)

I'm a Gurley owner and read that his remaining schedule is one of the toughest compared to other RBs. So, with that in mind, I'm considering making an offer to the AJGreen owner that would look like this:

Gurley + Dez

for

AJ + MIngram

I'm thinking the Saints will settle in with at least a 50/50 split between Ingram and Kamara.

This is a re-draft standard scoring league. It's also a salary cap auction league.

My roster looks like this before trade (minus a few bench players):

QB DWatson/Dak

RB Gurley/Howard/DMartin

WR ABrown/Dez/KAllen/amendola/Landry

TE DWalker

I wouldn't sweat the schedule. Gurley has reasserted himself this season and I don't think the schedule will be as bad as some are making it out to be. Even if he has a bad day on the ground, McVay will find a way to get him involved in the passing game.

I like Ingram's upside and don't think there's any way he'll get benched. That would essentially mean Kamara takes over the role completely, and I just don't see that happening based on his skillset. That being said, I'd probably hold. I don't think Green is a massive upgrade from Dez, and based on the way things have gone this season at RB, I'd covet a bell cow like Gurley. Gurley and Brown is about as good as it gets these days.

If you could, check out my trade:

I'd stay put also. You are giving up too much, Dez isn't that far behind AJ but Ingram is way below Gurley with Kamara coming on strong.

No way. I think Ingram becomes more TD dependent than he's been and Kamara picks up more steam as the 20-20 back, putting Ingram into the Jonathan Stewart-like role. Gurley may not score 40 in a week again, but he's one of the clear bell-cows left.

Dez has been solid and you also have Brown and Allen so you don't need Green at the dropoff that Ingram would give you.
