this would be a good year to outright trade your first round (and some very late round) pick for a second AND third.

I was dealt the 4 slot in a new dynasty draft (1 ppr scoring)

I trade that away for a few lower round picks - 2 4s and 1 2.

I made additional deals, losing my 4th, 5th, 7th.

I ended up having 3 2s and 2 3s, then nothing till round 6.

I think trading down did me pretty good in that case.

very solid team.It's difficult though to build a strong team starting in the 2nd round of a redraft (if I was to trade away a 1st rounder). I feel like I need that 1st round RB to be the anchor -- especially because its an early 1st rounder.

Presently I'm trying to deal 1.14 in a 16 teamer for virtually ANYONE'S second and third rounders(targeting 2.09/3.07 and 2.16/3.01 hardest)

I have the owners nearly ready to bite, but not completely sold, but I'm despartely trying to do it and I'd love to hear other feedback.

In a 12-team ppr league I traded my 1.10, 2.03, 15.10, 16.03 for 2.09, 3.04, 4.09, 6.09.

It gave the other team 3 picks in the top 15 (he took tiki, portis, and steve smith) and gave me 8 picks in the first 6 rounds. I ended up trading chris brown after the draft for lundy and marion barber, so I had the handcuffs for ddavis and julius. There were some smart guys in the draft, and some not so smart. One team took reggie bush in the 6th pick, then followed it up with jerome harrison in the 7th. My team as drafted is as follows.
