I am in a 12 team, 1pt PPR 1.5 PPR TE dynasty league. We must start 2 RB, 2 Wr, 1 QB, 1TE and 3 flex.

I have a very strong WR room, but weaker RB. My RBs are the following: Breece Hall, Kenneth Walker, Z.Charbonnet, JCM, Tahj Brooks, Brashard Smith, and Jordan James.
The current Jeanty owner is offering the following and curious of your thoughts:
jeanty for Breece Hall and my 2026 1st.
The ancillary pieces is that he’s wanting Addison and Kincaid from me for Downs, Shaheed, and Pitts.
However the centerpiece is Jeanty and Hall + 2026 1st. Should I pull the trigger?
I am prob higher than most on Hall as I think he has elite talent, but trying to not let that sway my decision making)

My team roster: https://www44.myfantasyleague.com/2025/options?L=26108&O=07&F=0011

Thanks!

It's a great question. Most here at FBG would agree on Hall's talent, but there are other factors. He is not old at 24, but Jeanty lets you reset the clock 3 years. Never a bad thing. Then there is the uncertainty in Hall's 2025 role. Jeanty could put you in a better spot to win this year. If a championship is in the cards, this is a more attractive trade. All that said, the trade calculates basically dead even, as long as that pick doesn't end up being Top 3. I would say, if you can win this year, buy Jeanty. If you are still a year or 2 away, keep the first.

Thank you for the assessment and feedback! That’s a great point about the 3 year reset of time and questions surrounding the Jets backfield. I lost in the championship last year and would have won had C.Lamb played or if I would have started M.Gesicki instead of Kincaid, I say that to say the pick should be a late first. I believe I am in the hunt for a title again, so I think buying fits.
