Wyms was signed by Seattle the following day he was released from TB. Of course, Trotter was just signed by TB too.

Davis was rumored to be in trouble late in camp. My guess is that he didn't look like he could hack it as a 3-4 ILB. It stabilizes Hayes' long term value.The other three are raw talents. Sammy Knight looked good enough in Jacksonville and Quentin Mikell in Philly that the safeties were expendable. Their teams are probably hopeful of getting them to the PS.
