You mean Cooks right?
this is a toughie I think.
I feel like Cooks might have a better floor but Tucker is facing a soft secondary and his QB isn't great, didn't he throw like 2 last week? The biggest drawback for Tucker is that he's at least 3rd in the pecking order.
So to me Cooks has the floor but Tucker has the upside. I'd start Cooks.
