I remember sig is very high on TreQuan smith. But I mostly play in 10 team .5 ppr league only starting 2rb2wr1flex, should I drop the following players for TreQuan?

I would drop Sterling Shepard for Smith in a heartbeat.  You have a lot of the same guys and can only play 3 WR's.  You need to upgrade to a no doubt starting WR.  If Smith hits and really becomes the deep threat with Ginn on IR he could be that guy for a stretch.  Shepard will never be that guy
