Anyone hear anything on his drop problems? I know he went to some camp or something to try to cure it, but I am curious to hear from anyone who is on top of the situation

He had his eyes tested but nothing was found that could be corrected with surgery; however they did give him some exercises to do.LINKY
Don Seeholzer, of the Pioneer Press, reports Minnesota Vikings WR Troy Williamson showed some early benefits from the hand-eye exercises he has been practicing since a vision evaluation in early March. Head coach Brad Childress said, "The fact that he's worked extremely hard, I think he's built a lot of equity in the offseason catching the number of balls that he caught."

Williamson did not have eye surgery. He went to Nike and ran a battery of tests. They found his right eye to be weaker then his left. THey gave him exercises to do and he has been working hard. He has caught over 15,000 balls from Jugs machine and working his rear off.

If TWill fails, it will not be through lack of effort. From the sounds of it, he has done everything he can to get better and I applaud him for the effort regardless of the results.
I'll give him consideration in the later rounds, but I don't really care about any news coming out of camp. If he HAD the eye surgery, I'd have been more optimistic. He can look good on a jugs machine all he wants, it's game day he has a problem with.

Yup, the guy is at least busting his butt to improve, which is more than many players do after a dismal start to their career. I hope he succeeds because I like rooting for guys who show heart and determination.
