I think Palin is a total moron, but probably isn't a sociopathic narcissist. She would probably just do whatever Republicans told her to do and "You betcha" everything. 

Trump is almost certainly not all there and dangerous. I'd choose the former.

Vote Palin.  She is a moron, but a moron without the massive ego and thin skin.  I think she would be more likely to listen to advisers, whereas trump is more likely to fire anyone who disagrees with his world view.

also, Palin is much more qualified on the basis of her experience in the executive branch of government.

 
I don't know about better but Palin at least brings viewable cleavage and a knowing wink to the table so she'd get my vote.

 
Trump has actually accomplished things in business

not sure what Palin has done other than spinoff a porn parody

 
Palin wasn't ready for the big stage 12 years ago.  Right now, I'd say she has grown at lot; could conceivably make a good showing as President. I wouldn't hesitate to say that she'd be better than either of the two major party candidates.

 
I will take the former governor and mayor, thanks. She seems even screwier now than in 08 though so tbh I'm not sure of the current spread in mental reliability.

We're comparing her to Trump, but let's not go overboard.

She still has the IQ of a 3rd grader. And is just about as educated on the issues.

The only reason I'd pick her over Trump is the fear that some foreign leader will say something bad about him and he starts a nuclear war that ends civilization.

At a Trump rally on Monday afternoon in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

“When both parties, the machines involved, when both of them hate you,” she said at one point, “then you know America loves you and we do love he who will be the next president of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump!”

I agree she sounds totally fine there.

It was a comparative thing. If the Tea Party was a real party, I could see either her or Gingrich as a candidate who could defeat HRC and Trump.It doesn't make her the best candidate ever, just better than Cheetos or the Godmother.

 
Man, some of you guys are so far gone it is frightening.  I understand the dislike of Hillary, I understand Some of the distrust but to try and equalize her political standing with that of both Palin and Trump is insane.  That's like equating Sonny Bono with Ronald Reagan.

She sucks, she sucks so bad that if elected all of D.C. would be a vacuum. Which may not be a bad thing, but she still sucks.

Reagan had a fine singing voice, so I don't think they are as far off as you'd imagine.

Palin would be a figure head and just defer decisions and decision-making to her cabinet, staff, military advisers, etc.   At least we might be safe with this approach.   Trump...not so much.

 
Palin is a quitter - so I'd pick her and hope she'd quit again and we'd get someone sane. Of course there is still time for Trump to quit - I suspect he will look for an out pretty soon and based on last several days may be in the process of setting it up.

Despite the fact that Trump claims to have no problems down there, think I got to go Palin here.  

 
Palin would toe the party line.  

Trump is a threat to do something dangerous in order to make any mark on history.

 
Palin, not close.  She'd be the least qualified president we've ever had, but she's still vastly more qualified than Trump, which is amazing.

Also, I suspect she'd just devote her time mostly to things she actually does know about (energy policy, federal lands) and defer to others when it comes to stuff she doesn't know about.  I haven't seen any evidence that Trump is an expert, or even more informed than a typical college student, in any area relevant to the presidency.  I also haven't seen any evidence that he's willing to defer to anyone about anything.

 
This question makes me want to go find W and apologize for saying so many mean things about him.  The guy looks like Cincinnatus compared to Palin and Trump.  Give me a hug George!  I like your paintings!
