Try to improve or stay put? (1 Viewer)

Given my team below, would you ride with what I got, or try to use some of those week one success stories to improve in other spots?

My biggest question mark in my mind is QB.  I really hate the inconsistency of Russell Wilson, but I also am not completely sold on Jameis Winston.  Alex Smith is available on the waiver wire.

Ten team PPR League, Anyone drafted 10th round or after are keeper eligible forever with no penalty.  Keepers in Bold.

QB  Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston, Mitchell Trubisky

RB  Le'Veon Bell, Ty Montgomery, Doug Martin, Terrance West, Tarik Cohen

WR  Doug Baldwin, Randall Cobb, Adam Thielen, Jarvis Landry, Kenny GolladayWillie Snead, Chris Hogan

TE  Travis Kelce, Jack Doyle

K   Wil Lutz

Def  Baltimore

Just to add, the team who has Marcus Mariotta sitting on the bench in my league also has David Johnson.

Look, it's week 1. Your team looks pretty good. You have some solid depth at RB so you could try and upgrade at your 2nd WR spot and could try and sell high on Cohen. I would stay put with Wilson and Winston. Wilson is still going to be a top 6 fantasy QB and so will Mariota so what are you really gaining in the long run? I would try and look into like a Stefon Diggs, Golden Tate type receiver or you could take a chance on DeVante Parker.

I know it's only week one.  I'm certainly not panicking.  There are just parts of my team that I wasn't crazy about going into the season and was hoping maybe I could improve somewhere while a couple of names are hot off week one.

My problem with Wilson is that he ends up a top five QB every year, but he always seems to do it in like five games.  Going into last year with him as my starting QB, he started the season with 11 points, 5 points, 10 points, 24 points, 5 points, 4 points, 5 points.  Through week seven he put up one solid QB week.

This year, week one - he puts up 4 points.  I just feel like Mariota is on the verge of breaking out.  I don't know though.  I may hold tight and see what Winston does for me next week.

Wilson is going to be fine. He'll get back on track next week against SF. Would expect you'll see a lot more uptempo that favors their offense.

Like wheeleke said, it's only Week 1. Leveon won't throw duds like that often and Wilson/Baldwin have a primo matchup coming. I like your team for the long haul.

Your QB's are fine. Any upgrade outside of Rodgers, Brady or Brees is minimal, and even with those three it probably isn't worth making a move there, and certainly not for Mariota. As mentioned above trading Cohen for a better WR could be done. I would first try the Evans owner since he's had his bye already and then move down through the ranks til you find a taker, OBJ, Thomas, Nelson....
